We would suggest you plan your piercing around your holiday to ensure the healing process has been completed before holiday commencement. In addition, you may consider taking your aftercare solution with you so you feel confident.

Yes. Group bookings are available in our Oxfordshire studio or as a mobile piercing experience - perfect for birthdays, celebrations and special occasions. We will tailor the time and setup around your host's preferences. The host of the event would need to let us have the group's contact details so we can contact each person to check any medical concerns. It is also important to mention that piercing cannot take place if alcohol or drugs have been taken before or during the event. We travel within a 20 mile radius of our studio. This may differ if it is linked to a special occasion such as a hen party or pre-wedding piercing.

For certain appointments and group bookings a deposit may be required to secure your date. We will confirm any deposit requirements when we contact you to discuss your booking.

Yes. Evening appointments and group bookings are available by arrangement - please mention your preferred time when enquiring and we will do our best to accommodate.

We pierce the lobe area and the helix area. The exact placement also depends on your ear shape, which can be established once we are with you. Please note we do not offer Conch or Tragus piercings, as these are not compatible with the piercing system used in our studio.

Yes, as long as there are no visible lumps, bumps or bruises and the previous piercing has closed. We will assess at your appointment and advise.

No, we use an FDA approved, medical grade device called System 75. It comes with a fully sealed cartridge and is contained inside a sterile package. The cartridge is disposable and cannot be reused, ensuring a hygienic experience for both the Ear Piercing Technician and the Customer.

Yes. You can book a styling appointment with us, day or evening. We will discuss your preferred look and create a curated card for you, providing ideas and styles that work well together. We have a stunning selection of jewellery and metal options to choose from. Leave us a message and we will call you.

Standard healing time for lobes is 6 weeks and cartilage 8-12 weeks. However, you can increase the healing process by using our Advanced aftercare solution, which will enable you to change your earlobe piercing after a 3 week application period and 8 weeks for the cartilage. It also depends on the individual, as some people heal quicker than others.

No. Removing or replacing the piercing earring too early can cause irritation and prevent the site from healing adequately, so we suggest waiting the recommended amount of time until the ears are fully healed.

As the jewellery is in a sealed sterilised cartridge and best-practice steps are followed, there is next to no possibility of introducing an infection at the time of piercing. If the aftercare instructions are followed, it is unlikely any infection will develop.

Redness, swelling and minor pain are not normal post-piercing issues for most people. If you still experience issues 48 hours after the piercing, contact us. For excess pain or discomfort, seek medical advice. Check that the butterfly is in place and has not been moved or tightened, and that hair has not been caught in the earring.

No. We recommend you leave the piercing earrings in place until the healing process has been completed.

Yes. We can release the sterile earrings from the cartridge for you and place them within our beautiful packaging to take away. You can purchase multiple styles as you wish.

No, please don't. Our piercing cartridge is a very clever system - the spacing of the earring and butterfly is set at the manufacturing stage. This is done purposefully so you have a small space for cleaning the front and back of your ear. The space also allows air to circulate around your piercing and helps during the healing process.

No. Flat-back studs do not allow air to circulate sufficiently around the piercing during healing.

Yes. Our Advance Solution is a new, improved 2-in-1 aftercare and cleaner, with a 3-week application versus the traditional 6–8 week application. It is dermatologist and paediatrician tested for the effective care of your new ear piercing. Formulated by specialists, it has skin-neutral pH and contains purified water and a proprietary manufactured hypochlorous technology to cleanse and care for skin.

It is the most advanced care on the market. New 3-week application (earlobes), 8-week application (cartilage). Dermatologist tested. Skin pH cleanses and cares for skin. Minimises redness and inflammation post piercing. Hypoallergenic, non-sensitising and non-irritant formulation - no alcohol, petroleum, lanolin, oils, steroids or antibiotics. It depends on your medical condition. This will be assessed during our telephone consultation before your appointment is finalised. In some cases you may need a doctor's consent note before we can pierce.

You should consult with your doctor first. Generally, it is not recommended in the instance that there is any issue with the piercing. Antibiotics are not normally prescribed.

Yes, from age 10 years and above. From age 10 to 14 years, we have beautiful introduction earrings - fun and vibrant, or mini versions of some of our adult options. All of our jewellery is hypoallergenic, so you can pierce without concern. For clients aged 10–18, parents or guardians will be expected to sign the medical registration and consent form whilst also attending the appointment. 18+ identification will be required at the appointment stage (driving licence or passport). All ages may wish to bring along a member of family or a friend.

No, we do not pierce below the age of 10.
